Jervis Inlet Resort and Spa Ltd. ("JIRS") www.jervisinlet.ca owns 55.1 hectares (136 acres) of oceanfront lands (the "Property") located on the north shore of a pristine coastal fjord known as Jervis Inlet, a renowned tourism destination in British Columbia, Canada.
This development parcel includes over 1.25 kilometres of ocean frontage on a secluded cove of extraordinary beauty.
The Property is located 90 kilometres (55 miles) northwest of Vancouver within the region known as the Sunshine Coast.
Access to the Property is via water from either the north or south shore of the inlet (about a 15 minute boat ride) or via helicopter or seaplane.
Transit time between Vancouver and Jervis Inlet via road and water is approximately 40 minutes via BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast and then a one and a half hour drive up the coast to the south shore of the inlet.
Transit time by air between the Property and Vancouver; Whistler or Comox B.C. is 20 to 30 minutes.
The 136 acre site sits at the southern tip of the opening of Jervis Inlet, one of British Columbia’s deepest and most famed water passages leading to Princess Louisa Inlet to the north.
Primarily oriented eastwards towards the Coast mountain range, the site rises almost 250 meters from sea to forest, containing a combination of second growth forest, ravines, springs, waterfalls and newer growth alders and cedars in areas that have been more recently logged.
Access to the site will occur via a short seaplane ride from Vancouver, Nanaimo, Comox, or Whistler or by water taxi from Mocassin Valley to the south.
Boating, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, windsurfing, diving, swimming, as well as dining will all emphasize the connection to water and the life it contains.
